The MIO Report:  A two part "Move-In/Out" report designed to assist owners and tenants with tracking the condition of rental properties.  The end result provides all parties an unbiased account of any change in condition, and assures that the appropriate party is assessed.

Move-In Report: The initial inspection consists of a trained MIO inspector thoroughly documenting the interior and exterior of the rental propery.  The initial report may include 150+ digitial photos along with written description of cosmetic condition and inventory.  The entire report will be sent via a secure email link for authorized parties to review.

Move-Out Report: When the tenant moves out , MIO will re-inspect the property, making note of any discrepancies between the two reports.  This report will include written documentation and updated photos of any change in condition.  An easy to follow summary page is included highlighting these changes. The updated report will again be emailed via a secure link for authorized parties to review.  The MIO report makes it easy to accurately assess the appropriate party.
